Leadership

The Circle of Good Influence (CGI) connects influential individuals worldwide who are committed to amplifying meaningful messages for good. We coordinate meaningful collaborations that spotlight diverse cultures, foster global understanding, and drive positive societal change.

CGI was founded by two entrepreneurs with a combined 20+ years of experience in event production, show hosting, and television broadcast production.

  • Entrepreneur, bestselling author, translator, and publisher based in New York. He was most recently the co-founder and CEO of Finestra, a New York-based healthcare data startup developing tools to make medical care more transparent and accessible to Americans. The company developed a search engine for medical bills in the United States.

Prior to healthcare tech, Tae Young founded and still owns Blue Books Media, a Seoul-based publishing company that introduces industry leaders well-known in the English-speaking world to the Korean market. All of the books he published have been placed in the TOP 100 business book rankings in the country after release, and one he personally translated and published was ranked the #1 self-help book in the country and a TOP 3 national bestseller. He is recognized as a bestselling author himself, having written two books of his own: Studying the World (2023) and The 20s Manual (2024).

As a Founding Director of the nonprofit Circle of Good Influence, Tae Young connects influential individuals worldwide who are committed to amplifying meaningful messages for good. He has bridged Korea’s top celebrities, influencers, and content creators with the governments of several of the world’s largest countries—including the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Thailand, and the Philippines—to foster international cultural exchange, build cross-cultural understanding, and strengthen meaningful connections.

A Seoul native raised in southern California, Tae Young received his Bachelor of Arts from New York University and lives in New York City.

  • CEO of a New York-based production company, a military veteran, and the Co-Founding Director of CGI.

Beyond his work with CGI, Jaeyeong brings extensive experience managing press operations for the Korean President during summits and visits across the U.S. and other countries. His coordination ensured seamless operations and protocol adherence, enabling the press to deliver timely and accurate coverage during these high-profile events.

As a line producer based in New York, Jaeyeong has partnered with leading Korean broadcasting networks and major global platforms, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney. He has helped create some of the most-watched programs on KBS, MBC, SBS, TvN, JTBC, and global streaming platforms, managing each project with precision, creativity, and a keen cultural insight. With a background in biology from Norwich University and bilingual fluency in English and Korean, Jaeyeong leads with a global perspective, operational excellence, and a passion for community impact through CGI.
